Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.

  1. Publicity: Entering the Promotion does not impose any obligation on Entrants to allow the use of their personal data for promotional purposes. The Promoter may disclose or publish the Winner’s personal data (including, where appropriate, their name or likeness) only when the Winner provides explicit and prior consent, and such consent may later be removed at any time without retroactive effect. The Promoter may contact the Winner to request their participation in reasonable publicity activities related to the Promotion; however, involvement in such activities remains entirely voluntary.

  2. Disclosure of winner’s details: The Promoter will not publicly disclose the personal data of the Winner or any guest in connection with the Promotion. Any disclosure will only occur when required under applicable law or when necessary to administer the Promotion and to arrange, complete and deliver the Prize, in line with EU and Spanish data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. As Entrants have already registered on the MyVisa platform, the Promoter has previously received certain personal data relevant for participation, and the Promoter may rely on that data for these purposes when it is appropriate and necessary.

Any advertising or promotional use of the Winner’s personal data (including, when applicable, their name, image or locality) will only occur with the Winner’s prior, separate and explicit consent. Refusing to give this consent will not affect participation, eligibility or the awarding of the Prize, and consent may be removed at any time without retroactive effect.

  1. Entrants further acknowledge that they have already registered on the MyVisa platform, and that the Promoter has therefore previously received and processed certain personal data necessary for participation. The Promoter may rely on such data for the purposes described above, insofar as it is relevant and appropriate for the proper administration of the Promotion. The Promoter also processes personal data to comply with applicable legal obligations. The Promoter may share such data with the Promotion Administrator, with service providers acting on its behalf, and with the relevant transport, accommodation and event providers where necessary for the fulfilment of the Prize. All processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the applicable Spanish data protection legislation, and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.visa.es/terminos-de-uso/aviso-de-privacidad-global-de-visa.html.

Entrants and, where applicable, guests may request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, request restriction of or objection to its processing, or exercise their right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, they may withdraw such consent at any time. Entrants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) or with their local supervisory authority. Data subjects may exercise their rights by contacting the Promoter at privacy@visa.com or through the online portal provided in the Privacy Notice.
